Jelena is internationally experienced senior marketer with nearly 15 years of career in strategic and consumer marketing. Equally comfortable in both start-up and corporate worlds, she has led projects for numerous Fortune 500 companies in the UK, Italy, and other European markets.
With a strong track record across the consultancy, finance and fashion retail sectors, Jelena’s expertise spans B2C and B2B marketing, customer insight, customer experience design, traditional and digital advertising, e-commerce, social media, corporate communications and agency management.
She holds and MA in English Literature and an MBA in Banking and Financial Industries. Next to running Marketing and Communications of NetComm Suisse, she is currently also working on her PH.D. dissertation, exploring the impact of dynamic e-commerce personalisation on customer experience.
